I am a tall Dutch monkey-brained nerd aiming to meme his way to success by making comedic mechanics-driven games, and intuitive Unity tooling.
I am a full-time indie game developer, because games have been a large part of my life, and I hope my projects will spark the same passion in others.
I specialize in game engineering, but I also produce all the art and audio for my projects, and do all the designing and concepting.
On the internet I go by the name Robo Bonobo, which is a name inspired by... robots and bonobos... Kinda speaks for itself doesn't it.
In 2021 I graduated from my Game Engineering study at the Univerity of Applied Sciences Saxion Enschede.
Before I enrolled at Saxion, I did a 4 year Game Development study at SintLucas Eindhoven.
During this study I joined the Excellency program, an extra program to give students that were ahead of the learning curve a new challenge.
The result of this program is 'The Dream Engine', which can be found on the projects page.
In my free time I play Dungeons and Dragons with friends. Some of my other hobbies include volleyball, playing the piano, and (of course) gaming.
